Sarah Wallace Scott – Hidden Clue
It seems to me there has been an upsurge in the re-purposing of books. Much of what I see is very similar to what I have already seen alot of. Scott’s ‘faux taxidermy’ using torn pages from an existing book is a use of material unlike any I’ve yet encountered. This, combined with the prayer like stance of the ‘taxidermied’ rodent makes this piece a rare delight.
